Searching for your Dissertation or Final Project Online
This online workshop will introduce you to the basics of database searching and advanced searching techniques to develop an effective search strategy to help you find relevant research for your dissertation. It will also discuss which sources are best for you to use and how to identify different types of research.
This session is suitable for students undertaking a project proposal, dissertation or final project.
This workshop is open to students on any course and the skills discussed will be suitable for all subject areas. If you have very subject specific searching queries you may be directed to speak to your Librarian following the session.
Once you have registered, you will be sent a link and instructions of how to join this online workshop, so you must check your student email address for this link.
