Reading journal articles (for health and life science students) Online

This online workshop will demonstrate how to find the information you need from a research article. Using real examples of qualitative and quantitative research papers, you will be shown where in the papers to look to extract relevant information for your assignments.

This workshop is aimed at health and life science students only. It will be a suitable follow up to the ‘Understanding Journal Articles’ workshop, although it is not compulsory to attend that workshop before joining this one.

Once you have registered, you will be sent a link and instructions of how to join this online workshop, so you must check your student email address for this link.

Please note: You will be sent the workshop PowerPoint slides AFTER you have attended the session. If you have a learning need and would benefit from receiving the slides prior to the session, please contact the presenter - Lauren Bell or Priya Mehta
