Making Research Open: An introduction to Open Research.
13th March, 13:00-14:00, Library Teaching Room 3
Session lead: Josh Caldicott
Description: Open Research can mean different things to different subjects and different researchers. Whatever form it takes, Open Research has benefits for academia, it benefits the public good, and it has benefits for individual researchers. Join Open Research Officer Dr Joshua Caldicott as he introduces the different ways you can make your research open, from the very beginning of your research all the way up to publication, and how it benefits research culture.
This session will be held hybridly, both in-person (in Teaching Room 3 on the third floor of the Lanchester Library, please arrive promptly for a 13:00 start) and online (an invite to the Teams call will be sent out ahead of the event).
