Searching for your literature review Online

This webinar will introduce you to the basics of database searching and advanced searching techniques to develop an effective search strategy to help you to find relevant research for your literature review. This webinar is suitable for students undertaking a stand-alone literature review or as part of a wider assignment, such as a dissertation. It would also be useful to those students undertaking a dissertation/project proposal module.

This webinar is open to students on any course and the skills discussed will be suitable for all subject areas. If you have very subject specific searching queries you may be directed to speak to your Academic Liaison Librarian following the session.

Once you have registered, you will be sent a link and instructions of how to join this webinar online, so you must check your student email address for this link.

Please note: You will be sent the workshop powerpoint slides AFTER you have attended the session. If you would like them sent to you prior to the session, please contact the presenter Priya Mehta
